What happens after I place my order? Do I get a proof before printing? Yes. After checkout, our artwork support will review your order details and contact you within 24 hours. We will provide you with artwork proofing, you can make changes and go through as many proof rounds as you need to get your box design the way you want it. (just FYI, delay of artwork approval may cause delay of delivery.) Once you accept your proof, your order moves into production and no further changes or cancellations are possible. Your order goes though several production lines including printing, cutting, folding, QA, and packing for shipment. 2. How long will it take to receive my boxes? Boxes ship in an average of 10-12 business days after receiving artwork approval. Delivery dates vary based on your shipping method and destination. 3. What are your return policies? • Due to the custom nature of your order, once an order goes to print we are unable to offer returns or exchanges unless the item is defective. • If you found the delivered product faulty or defected, you must need to submit the original pictures of the defected product. 4. Why the unit price is a huge different between 100 boxes and 1000 boxes? • The box itself is not expensive; most of the cost is the setup fee, die-cut fee and printing fee. In other words, it is determined by the minimum cost of printing and manufacturing.
