All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. A Priority Mail upgrade is available in your cart at checkout for an additional fee. This area will also show you the estimated delivery dates for your order based on your zip code. Please note, once USPS is in possession of your package, I have no control over the actual delivery date or any delays that may occur on USPS’s end.
Delivery Tracking and Postal Insurance (package damage and/or getting lost in transit) is included on ALL packages delivered within the United States. You will receive the tracking information by email from Etsy once your package has been shipped. You can also access this information under your “orders” page on Etsy.

Preemie – Average 5 to 6 Pounds – 12” to 12.5” in circumference
0 to 3 Months – Average 7 to 11 Pounds – 13” to 13.5” in circumference
3 to 6 Months – Average 12 to 17 Pounds – 15” to 15.5” in circumference
6 to 12 Months – Average 18 to 21 Pounds – 16 to 17” in circumference
1 to 3 Years – 18” to 18.5 circumference
Hat sizes are based on an “average” size head. To insure the proper fit, please measure the circumference of your baby’s head and order by measurement. Hats will stretch an additional 1” to 1.5”, depending on size.
**To measure your little ones head circumference, wrap a soft tape measure or string around the widest part of their head. Start at the middle of their forehead, around to above their ear and around the back, then around to the front again. You are basically measuring where the hat will sit. Make
sure the tape measure is snug. A hat should fit snug - not too tight or too loose.**

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS
Hand wash in warm water with a mild detergent. Gently squeeze out any excess water and lay flat or hang to dry.

Due to the many variations in monitors, cell phones, tablets, etc, the color of the actual yarn may appear slightly different on different screens.
If you need to CANCEL your order after it has been placed, please do so within the first 12 to 24 hours. Once I start working on your order, I will no longer process a cancellation.
If you need to contact me, please send me a message thru Etsy messages and not email. I do not check my email as often and it is easier to keep your messages with your order.
