These files are for use with programs such as Silhouette Studio Software, Cricut Design Space, or other programs that can read .dxf, .eps, png and .svg file types.
If you need a different format, please convo me prior to purchase. THIS IS NOT an Embroidery Design and cannot be converted to Embroidery File types.
ZIP FOLDER: The files are contained in a zip folder. They will need to be unzip/extract the files prior to opening/importing the files into your program. Please contact me if you need instructions on how to do this.

REFUNDS: Due to the electronic nature of this item, refunds are not offered. Please convo me if you have any questions or concerns regarding your order.
FAQs: Please use design files as sent, I cannot guarantee the quality of the design if you alter or reformat the design in any way. UNDER ABSOLUTELY NO CIRCUMSTANCES may you share or sell my designs. However, you may sell PHYSICAL items made with our files. DIGITAL items of any kind are NOT allowed (ex. digital paper packs, embroidery designs, downloadable invitations, etc.)
SVG LICENSE:
Please read carefully and print this License Agreement between the end user (You) and Kitaleigh, LLC. This is a legal agreement and by downloading the SVG/graphic design, you are agreeing to the terms listed in this license.
This Graphic is protected by intellectual property laws and cannot be reproduced, sold, transfers, given away or otherwise distributed. Upon full payment, you will be granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable use of this SVG Graphic for (1) user for up to three (3) devices.
You Can:
•Make physical products and offer them for sale as an ‘end product’. Including but not limited to mugs, shirts, hats, stationary, calendars, etc.
You Cannot:
•Distribute files in any manner. (offer for free, trade, gift, or sell)
•Allow more than one user to have access to the file.
•Use products in an app which can be downloaded to a mobile device.
•Make digital products and offer them for sale. Including but not limited to: JPG, EPS, GIF, PNG, SVG, logos, marketing materials, fonts, embroidery designs, etc.
•Use or upload the designs to a print on demand website.
•Make anything that is not an end product. Including but not limited to unfinished blanks, project packs, sublimation transfers, screen print transfers, etc.
•Alter the design in any way and claim as your own work.
•Break the design up and use as part of a new design.
•Use it on webpages without a watermark.
•Send to 3rd Party Printers.
Termination:
Kitaleigh, LLC has the right to terminate this license agreement at any time if you do not comply with any of the EULA. Upon termination the user (you) must destroy any copies of the design you have and cease selling any end products.
Ownership:
The design’s copyright belongs to Kitaleigh, LLC and by purchasing this license it does not transfer the copyright to you the ‘end user’, it allows you to use it in the manner stated in this agreement.
