Shipping:
All orders are dispatched within 24 hours (Monday to Saturday). UK items are sent via Royal Mail 24; customers can expect delivery within 1-2 working days. Worldwide shipping is sent via Royal Mail International Priority (fully tracked available at checkout for an additional cost). Customers can expect delivery within 3-10 working days. However, please note airtime can cause some items to surpass this date, but 95% of orders do arrive within the provided timeframe.

Production Process:
Our production assistant, Ryan, assembles and prepares the base jewellery for our unique designs. I, Kieran, then meticulously use our in-house laser machine to engrave the requested initials, dates, and names onto each piece. This process transforms the base pendant into a personalised item, reflecting our dedication to quality and craftsmanship. All engraving and final touches are done by hand in our studio, ensuring each item is personalised to perfection and ideal as a gift for yourself, a friend, or a loved one.
