All of our items are individually made and each one is personal and different to the last so please be aware that flowers may vary dependant on stock. Some items may also be substituted if stock is unavailable, while we endeavour to ensure this does not happen occasionally these situations do arise. All of our products are handmade and made-to-order at time of purchase, so our production time is variable dependant on orders in production! While we try our best to ensure all items arrive within the time frame displayed please note delays can occur during transit and these are outside of our control, however we will always work with you to help locate gifts that have been delayed or gone astray.
