Originally made this for my boss. She bought one from another business and it ended up breaking. So I took what was left of the old one reversed engineered it by using a CMM (Coordinate-measuring machine) and used that mesh to create a solid model to work with. We took what we learned from the broken one and made it a lot stronger. Polymaker ASA was the best choice because of Its UV resistance and great mechanical properties so its the perfect choice for real life applications.
We work in the aerospace industry so our standards are pretty high with our prints.
