Lost packages: If no update has been made for several days and you believe your package is lost, please contact us. It's important to note that tracking updates can sometimes be delayed, especially during high-volume periods such as the holiday season.
Damaged items: If you receive a damaged item, please report it to us with photographs within 14 days of receipt. We will gladly replace any damaged items if we are notified within this timeframe.

Warranty Information:
- If your badge reel starts to malfunction within 30 days of delivery and you have followed all care instructions, we will replace it. However, we do not offer replacements for badge reels or badge buddies after the initial 30-day period for any reason.
- A non-beaded standard badge reel should last approximately 3-4 months or even longer with proper care.
- A standard badge reel with beads added to it should last around 2-3 months if properly cared for.
- It's important to note that the maximum weight a standard badge reel should hold is 2 oz. If you have multiple IDs or other items attached to your badge reel, it can put strain on the nylon cord and potentially cause it to malfunction. In such cases, the warranty will be voided.
