All orders will be shipped to the shipping address you provide through Etsy Orders. - Returns and Exchanges-
If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your package. We will then provide you with instructions for mailing the package at your expense. All jewelry must be unworn and in its original condition and packaging. Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. If
returned jewelry does not meet the requirements of our return policy, AfterSunday reserves the right to refuse the return. You are responsible for return shipping costs and lost or damaged items.
- Lost or damaged packages -
We will not accept any packages that are compromised in integrity or show obvious signs of having been opened and resealed. Please note that the only agency allowed to open packages during shipping is the local customs office. All packages opened by local customs will be sealed with the appropriate company seal.
- Returned Mail-
All “Return to Sender” packages will be processed after being returned to our shipping carrier.
Please make sure that the correct shipping address is entered on the order form, as we will not send a replacement or refund if the package is “returned to sender” for any of the following reasons:
1. the address you provided is incorrect. 2.
. The package is unclaimed after attempted delivery.
After the jewelry is returned to me, we will offer the possibility to resend it. In this case, we will send you a message to confirm the delivery address and you will be required to pay the reshipping and processing fees before the package can be sent again.
