Since it's a small quantity and volume, I recommend to pack the wedding glass shards in a plastic zipper bag and use a cardboard / padded envelope ( please not a box). Most of my customers use USPS First-Class Package International Service, and very reliable (around US $ 16 ). Please, do not use services of shipping providers as UPS, DHL...as they systematically charge custom fees.
Please inform me when you dispatch your glass shards, I’ll message you in order to proceed once I receive them.
