DESCRIPTION:
Judy is an off-shoulder peplum top / dress inspired by fairycore aesthetics. The design features a closed-back top with a corset-style front, an adjustable strap, and is completed with lacy off-shoulder sleeves that have a slit flare detail at the cuffs. The pattern also contains instructions on how to make the decorative flower appliques so you can decorate your Judy to your liking, or just keep it simple and plain.

- 6mm ribbons (optional)
- 4mm elastics
