How do I determine my length?
To figure out what length works best for you, measure from the point at which you would like to attach the extension (most choose right above ear level or right below a 1/2 bun updo) or anywhere else you want to use the extension.
Clip in comes in 4 sizes:
9” for short to shoulder length hair
12” for middle length hair
16” for long hair
18” for extra long hair
If you are having a difficult time selecting your hair color, or would like a customized color match please send us a message with 2-3 pictures of your hair in natural lighting.
EXCHANGE/REFUND/HYGIENE POLICY: Due to sanitary reasons our hair extensions can only be exchanged or refunded if in the original sealed plastic bag the are shipped in.

How to install
Braids and faux dreads tend to be a bit bulky, therefore may appear to slightly bulge out when installed.
To best conceal the clip in and blend with natural hair we recommend installing under the hair line, right above the ear level or located under a 1/2 ponytail bun.

Types of extensions
Our braids and dreads come on a ponytail tie in, clip ins and/or pre looped dreads.
Weft (teeth) clips- These extension clips allow for quick and easy installation for daily on and off wear.
Simply decide where you would like to place the extension (preferably under hair line to better conceal), place “teeth” on a little bit of hair and press the clip in or out with your thumb and pointer fingers to open or close.
Should it not stay closed remove some of the hair and try again. We carefully inspect each west clip to ensure they work properly before shipping.

How to care for your extensions
They are made out of the highest quality synthetic hair. DO NOT Flat iron and/or curl.
To keep the best shape and condition, store on a flat surface or hang.
Please note: Synthetic hair will have loose strands. We trim them down as much as possible before shipping but may be present upon arrival and over time from wearing.
We use plastic hair ties to secure the braids and cover them with colored thread to protect the bands and make for a nicer appearance.
Should you have a specific color request of thread please send us a message before ordering.
