Once your order is shipped, it leaves Lisbon, Portugal, and is handed over to international shipping services.
After leaving Portugal, tracking updates may be unavailable until the package arrives in the destination country and is registered there.
As soon as the package is scanned at its destination, tracking updates should become available again.
