What we need to make it: (add to notes of order or send via Etsy messenger or email to beehivecheerhair@gmail.com)
Two Measurements:
1. SIZE: Around the elastic of tight ponytail (usually 3.5 - 5.5")
2) DIMENSION: Make a tight bun and measure up and over the bun. (usually 4" - 8") Braiding is ENCOURAGED* for most secure install. (*REQUIRED, REQUESTED, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED)
Please note that if your bun dimension is 4" or 4.5" we automatically make it 1" bigger and include a bun volumeizer (this is give your athlete time to grow their hair fuller)
example: if your bun dimension is 4", enter 4" we will make it 5" (same price as 5") AND include bun volumeizer.
PLEASE SEND FOLLOWING INFORMATION IN NOTES (CLICK ON ASK A QUESTION):
3) Send 2-3 photos of your hair in different light sources, outside in natural light NOT DIRECT SUNLIGHT, inside, and one of your bun and ponytail. We don't post your photos, but they help us get the most natural mix of colors for best match.
4) First Name, used for label
5) Gym colors, used for small details
6) Teasing: none, low, medium or high. We tease medium unless noted otherwise.
7) Curly or Straight, we leave it straight if not noted
RETURNS/EXCHANGES - due to the custom nature of our product we do not accept returns. Exchanges are done as COLOR CORRECTION (full or mini) or REHAB (bun size change). It is important we receive proper measurments and good photos for color matching please note that it is not possible to match everyone perfectly as there are infinte colors of hair - we do the best we can with colors we have available.
