**Please keep in mind that shipping delays may occur. Unfortunately, shipping is out of my hands once it is in the hands of USPS. If your package is delayed, please reach out to USPS with your tracking number so they can sort this out for you. I will try as best I can to help*
* Installation Instructions: Use a flathead screwdriver. Please be sure that you screw in your knobs from the back. Do NOT try to twist them on from the front, or you will pop off the stone/object.
* On every base, please be aware that there is a small nib. When the knob is installed to the desired position, it draws the base down tight with the knob and screw and the nib makes a tiny dent in the surface so that it’s locked in place. This is to ensure that the knob stays firm and no more loose knobs to worry about, look crooked, and scratch up the cabinet or drawer face. The small indent this nib makes is barely noticeable compared to the damage a loose knob can make. Any knob replacement will easily cover this indent if you wish to replace the knobs in the future. When installing your knobs, please be sure to tighten them with a small screwdriver from the back. Please do not try to tighten the knob from the front as you will pop off the stone/object.
* These knobs are made to order so that I can customize the base color to match your needs. Due to the nature of the stones, fossils, crystals, quartz, or minerals, no two knobs are alike. Some stones have natural inclusions and imperfections due to their natural state. This is why these beautiful earthy knobs are so unique and beautiful and will add value to your home or furniture!
* Please be aware that colors may be different than what's on my screen vs. your screen, they may appear brighter or darker in person. Please note that images do not depict the proper size of stones, crystals, fossils, or any other object on these knobs.
