Economy Shipping:
Shipped via Canada Post oversized letter mail. Allow 1-3 weeks for delivery. No tracking available.
If you want tracking, please pay for Expedited or Xpresspost. Tracking cannot be added after purchasing.
Expedited (Tracked):
Allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. Tracking number provided.
Xpresspost (Tracked):
Allow 4-6 days for delivery. Tracking number provided.
USA:
Include Phone Number: Required for the shipping label.
Tracked Package: Allow 1-3 weeks for delivery. Tracking number provided.
International:
Include Phone Number: Required for the shipping label.
Tracked Package: Allow approximately 2-4 weeks for delivery. In some countries, delivery can take up to 6 weeks due to customs delays. Tracking number provided.
No Airmail: We no longer ship via airmail due to delivery issues. If tracking is unavailable in your country, your order will be canceled, and you will be notified.

We have no control over shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, holidays, or other factors. We ask that you be patient as your order is on its way to you.
We are not responsible for duty or customs fees. These are the buyer’s responsibility, and each country has different policies. If unsure, contact your local customs office.

Immediate payment is required.
We do not hold items or accept unpaid orders.
★ Custom Order Requests:
We no longer accept custom order requests.
Custom orders are very time-consuming, and unfortunately, many buyers request items but do not purchase them once they are available. Thank you for your understanding.
★ Order Cancellations:
We are unable to cancel orders as they start being processed as soon as the order is received.
Please ensure you are happy with your order before placing it.
★ Returns:
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
Items must be in their original condition, and all items included in your package must be returned to receive a refund.
Return Authorization Number Required: Buyers must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before returning an item. The RA number must be clearly marked on the front of the package. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.
Unclaimed or Refused Packages:
Items not picked up by the buyer and returned to us by the post office are not eligible for a refund.
Packages refused due to the buyer not wanting to pay duty or customs fees will also be ineligible for refund or return.
Returns are not accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase or for used items.
Shipping is non-refundable. Buyer pays for return shipping.
Final sale or clearance items (40% off or more) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
