Who doesn't?!  Let's be honest, purebreds are great, but mixed breed dogs hold a special place in my heart. Their uniqueness in story, personality, and look is what makes them so special, but finding anything decorative to celebrate and commemorate them? Not so easy.  That's where these custom ornaments come in. If you have a dog that doesn't fit the "standard" mold, that's awesome and they deserve a place of honor on your Christmas tree too! How it works: All of my designs (including the purebred ornaments) I design and create by hand. First I sketch, then hand-cut, from high quality Marino Wool blend felt, then hand-sew each one. So, to get a customized ornament, simply send me pictures of your dog, and I will capture all of their amazingly unique qualities in ornament form.  TIPS FOR SENDING PICTURES- -- 2 or 3 pictures is preferable  -- A standing or laying full body shot  -- Pictures showing defining markings  -- A picture that includes the tail!  -- A close picture showing face details Photos can be sent in a message or to my email address: allie@whiskersandwhimsyshop.com Due to the handmade nature of these ornaments they do all vary slightly in size and appearance, but all are approximately 4 inches long and 3.5 inches tall.  To make these custom ornaments as detailed and personalized as possible, I do require extra processing time, but if you need your ornament by a specific date, please let me know and I can work with you to accommodate that need.  I LOVE NEW IDEAS!
