Simply slide onto the conch part of your ear and squeeze to tighten (comfortably) then give it a tug to make sure it's secure. No worries about it falling off.

*It is recommended to put these on and leave them on instead of constantly taking them on and off. They can be worn in the shower and to sleep. ESPECIALLY the beaded cuff - it should not be pulled apart / adjusted repeatedly as it will wear down over time and can snap in half if not worn with care. Just put it on, squeeze it to tighten to a comfortable degree and leave on. :)
