With this spreadsheet, you can document details for up to 10 different caterers. Want to compare 2 of them side by side? Use the convenient built-in comparison table!
The tool comes with an instruction tab and the catering comparison tab. Pre-populated comparative categories include Cocktail Hour Appetizers, Reception Meal, Bar Packages, Beverage Packages, Rentals, Fees, and Terms. Input your guest (or item) count and the unit price, and the tool with automatically calculate the total cost.
The tool provides space to include different meal option pricing (buffet x3, plated x3), but of course you won't be using ALL the options a caterer may provide! For these sections, you'll input the total sum for the option(s) of your choice.
While this was created with wedding planning mind, this spreadsheet tool can be used for any event planning that requires a caterer search.
