We create full-color vinyl wraps, in-house, and apply to 1.5" wide, 20-strike matchbooks. Your custom artwork will be printed on satin finish vinyl, and applied to the cover. Single-sided wraps cover the front (or back, if you prefer). Double-sided wraps cover the front, top and back of the matchbook, down to the strike strip. We have very carefully color matched our backgrounds to the book color, so that the wraps look as much like they are part of the matchbook as possible! You must provide artwork within 48 hours of placing your order. 2.Files for print should be HIGH RESOLUTION .jpg or .png. Resolution should be at least 300 DPI when you first create the file. Please do not create at, or send 72 DPI (that's for web graphics, not print). You cannot make your resolution higher, once your design is created. You can only go lower, not higher - it just don't work that way, folks! Send files in message thread. You can also send files via dropbox, google drive, icloud, or similar. 3. The print area is approximately 1.25 inches wide and 1.125" tall - not exactly square. READ THE DIMENSIONS AGAIN! HEIGHT IS NOT 1.25" - it is 1.125" !!! 4. I strongly recommend: no fine lines, no SMALL print. A bold, crisp, simple image is best. *** There should be NO BIG DIFFERENCE IN TEXT SIZES within the design. Your fine print shouldn't be too fine, or it won't be legible. Folks shouldn't need a microscope to read your matchbooks. This is such a common issue - I'm not sure why folks frequently submit designs with teeny tiny text. 5. If you would like your design on tan, pink, blue, or black books, it needs to be a .png file with a transparent background. If you'd like white or a pale color on black, you really need to beef up the text SIZE and WEIGHT - fine, pale lines on black will go bye-bye. Choose a color that has a strong contrast with the book color - blue on blue won't really show up too well, but if it has a black outline, you're good to go. 6. We do not offer a print proof, but rest assured, you'll be notified of any issues with regard to print quality of your file or anything else that might not look quite right. please refer to photos in terms of the quality and overall look of the product. ***** We strongly recommend printing the design to the size indicated above, and see if it's easily legible.
