Once you place the order, Iโll reach out to you to gather all the details and reference photos I need to create your custom design. For each custom order, Iโll work closely with you to ensure you're happy with the final result. This includes sending periodic updates of sketches and designs for your feedback.

Custom designs are non-refundable once work has begun, but Iโll work with you to ensure you're completely happy with the final product.
