AFTER YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED
To ensure we are creating exactly what you want, a designer will send you a black and white digital proof in requested design to confirm that all elements are accurate before proceeding to production. Your order will be processed following your confirmation. Approval is required for this personalisation product. Proof will be sent over via Etsy Conversations— you will be notified by email from Etsy, however, responses must be made through Etsy Messaging for us to receive them.
PROCESSING TIMES
We understand the importance of timelines. Our processing times vary by item, and can be found on every listing directly below the description. Processing times are updated frequently to give you the most accurate, up to date information of when your order will ship. Please get in touch if you have any concerns for your deadline.
SHIPPING
Our Shipping windows are accurate but we would always recommend giving yourself extra time.
OUTSIDE THE UK
We use a premium tracked courier service that requires a telephone number, please send this with your order, using the notes function provided.
RETURNS
While the personalised nature of our items varies, all of our items are made to order, just for you, when the order is placed. For this reason we do not accept returns.
PACKAGES WITH DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
Please notify us within 14 calendar days of delivery acceptance to file a claim. Please check your package contents immediately upon receiving. If you find something is not right, contact us right away, providing your name, order number, a detailed description of the damage with a photograph.
MAKING CHANGES TO AN EXISTING ORDER
If you notice something needs to be changed on your order, example: address, colour choice, etc. Please contact us immediately. We will always do our best to accommodate the change for you if your order has not been put into processing.
