OVERVIEW:
- All of my designs are made with high quality backer board with vinyl overlay and the sealed on both sides with Epoxy Resin for added protection against wear and tear. They are very easy to clean and keep sanitary in any environment!
REELS AND OPTIONS:
- Reels are PERMANENTLY adhered onto your choice of: ALLIGATOR SWIVEL SPRING CLIP or BELT/SLIDE CLIP and now offering in lanyards as well !! These can clip to pockets, scrubs, or any other loose articles of clothing. Both styles offer a retractable cord.
The Lemon Lady is not responsible for common wear and tear damage and will only guarantee hardware for 14 days. However, I will take into consideration, unusual mishaps , and I do try to promptly resolve any issues that may be of design fault. After all, some rules are meant to be broken and I want my customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchases.
CARE:

- While the acrylic has been sealed for additional protection, please remember acrylics are fragile and can break if dropped or knocked against hard surfaces.
- To clean, we recommend wiping with a lint free cloth. Prolonged contact with water or long exposure to sunlight and heat should be avoided as these actions may cause your item to weaken , warp and possibly lead to a defect and breakage.
Beaded Reels
* when purchasing a beaded reel , there may, at times, be a slight difference between the beads pictured and the finished product. This will depend on supply/ availability. I’ll do my best to get as close as I can to the original.
PROCESSING TIME:
* most of my items are premade and ready to be shipped. However, if you order a custom item, please allow me a couple extra days to customize if, and properly seal your item. Even with custom orders typically, I can have them ready within 72 hours to ship.
SHIPPING:
Your badge reel will be shipped First Class through United States Postal Service and will include tracking. You do have the option to expedite for an additional cost upon check out.
