HOW TO MEASURE:
It´s recommended to choose the necklace size by wrapping a string around a neck and then measuring the string with a ruler or measuring tape before ordering to make sure it will fit perfectly. You can also measure some of the necklaces that you already have.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
- Clean your hands before handling your jewelry;
- Keep the jewelry from other items that can expose it to frictional force or even corrosion;
- Keep the jewelry away from chemicals that contaminate it and cause chemical damage;
- Protect the jewelry from salty and chlorinated water.

The returns are accepted within 14 days of the order´s delivery. Please contact me via Etsy convo for return instructions indicating the reason for the return. As soon as the return is received, the customer is notified and refunded.
REFUND CONDITIONS: Please note that since all items are handmade to order, the refunded amount DOES NOT INCLUDE the shipping cost and 20% of the item(s) price due to the time spent to produce the piece and material used.
EXCHANGES are not accepted, but you can return the unwanted item and make a new order separately.
