ARTWORK / DESIGN
This listing offers the following options for setup of your artwork, or a custom design created by the Match Muse :
- Basic Setup = Send us the artwork and text graphics (best practice = vector files via .AI or PDF - high resolution non-vector files are also okay. Basic setup includes printed front, back, top, front flap - we will create the layout and send a proof. if necessary, 2 rounds of edits are included. We will inspect files free of charge, up to three times. If your artwork is deemed low quality, you may need to purchase artwork services.
- +Design Outside = The Match Muse will create a custom design for you, using any artwork in our listings as a "jumping off point. (see pics) Includes design and printing front, back, top, and front flap. You can request custom colors, text, and layout - additional illustration work is available, but may be billed separately if design requests entail significant extra work (you're always welcome to ask!)
- +Design Outside +Inside = Includes Match Muse outside design, as above, plus extra artwork / design inside the matchbook

SHIPPING TIME:
Your matchbooks will ship within 14 days of artwork approval. We can't always guarantee delivery by the request date, but we'll gladly try to accommodate! Please leave extra time for this product! for quicker service, check out our other items (some custom matches even ship same day!)

SUBMITTING YOUR OWN ARTWORK:
Ideally should be vector file(s) - or - have us create by selecting an artwork option.
1. Please provide artwork within 48 hours of placing your order.
2. We will send a template. If your files won't send via Etsy messaging, you can send via dropbox, google drive, icloud, or similar. Just put a link in the message thread.
3. We strongly recommend: no fine lines, no tiny print. A bold, crisp, simple image is best. *** There should be NO BIG DIFFERENCE IN TEXT SIZES within the design. Your fine print shouldn't be too fine, or it won't be legible.
