***Total processing time highly depends on the quality of your photos, number of revisions you request, and the time it takes for you to respond to our messages. Most of our portraits are approved to print by clients within 2-4 business days after the order is placed.
> We offer FREE (2-7 days) Standard USA Shipping with Tracking. We also offer Expedited USA (2-3 days) and Express USA (1-2 days) shipping with tracking for an additional amount that is dependent on the print you choose. Message us for exact expedited/express shipping costs of specific items.
If you’re ordering a printed poster or canvas as a gift and you’re uncertain of the processing + shipping time frame, please note that we give you the digital art file for FREE with ALL printed products and you receive this within 1 business day after you approve your portrait.
If you are in a rush and you are uncertain whether or not you will receive your printed canvas or poster in time for your day of celebration, you may print the digital file on a piece of paper as a temporary gift to give your recipient. Upon special request, we will format your digital file into a PDF file for free for you to easily print it on ordinary paper.
PRINT OPTIONS
Digital File - a DIGITAL file download (DFD) of your personalized portrait that you can save to any device and/or self-print on anything you desire. You get unlimited revisions on this option so you may request changes as many times as you desire until your artwork is perfect. This downloadable digital file comes FREE when you order a printed poster, easel back canvas, or wall mounted canvas. You'll find that the cost to print with us is far less than the cost of taking your digital file elsewhere to print, it's much easier to print with us because we take care of everything, and most of our prints come with free shipping.
Easel Canvas - professionally printed on artist-grade poly-cotton blend canvas that is perfect for our custom dad and kids portrait paintings. Solid backed with an easel for standing. The width of the easel piece at the hinge is 1.5", the width at the widest point is 2", while the height from the hinge to the point of the easel is just over 4.25". It comes with pre-installed hanging hardware in case you want to hang it as well.
Poster - our high quality family art prints are professionally printed on 175 gsm paper with a premium matte finish that is perfect for this family wall art design. Perfect for someone wanting to frame their own artwork or pin the fine art print up directly on a wall. Fine art prints are rolled and shipped wrapped in a tube for maximum protection.
Wall Canvas - comes with pre-installed mounting hardware so they are ready to hang straight out of the box. The 1.5 inches thick finished product is made of artist-grade poly-cotton blend that is hand-stretched on a hard, high-density wood fiberboard and a plastic frame. UV coating is scratch-resistant so that you may wipe clean with a damp cloth. Ships in a highly secure corrugated cardboard box for maximum protection.
Framed Prints - our custom portraits are printed on 260gsm premium artist quality paper that includes a matte finish with a textured appearance and very light sheen to it making fur tones appear very flattering. The frame width is 1.25 inch and mat size is 2 inch. Our frames are available in 5 colors: Black, White, Natural, Walnut and Cherry.
