This Ikea Lagfors coffee table is made in steam bent Birch plywood with a Figured Oak Veneer on top. It has had the old surface finish removed and has been re-finished in Danish Oil for a lovely satin sheen. The sleigh legs have been sandblasted and re-powder coated in a matt silver finish. It has a few age related marks that were so deep that they were difficult to sand out, but that is to be expected for an item of furniture from the last century. The marks are really not that noticeable, but I have shown them in the pics.
In the style of Alvar Aalto and very Scandinavian. These coffee tables are really well designed and in my opinion still look fantastic in a variety of room settings ether Mid century or contemporary.
The table is really heavy so the delivery would be by courier (the delivery options provided by Etsy say Evri but it will be a private courier)
I have put £60 for courier costs but it may be less depending on the delivery location. Please contact me for a customized shipping quote. It can also be collected.
