Awhile back I thrifted the blouse you can see in the picture above and I thought a black oversized midi dress would look so good with this. I didn’t find one then I remember that I can just design one and crochet it myself. So that’s the story about how this dress came to life. If you want a more form fitting dress I suggest that you go down a size -as this is oversized. The dress is crocheted in “onepiece” which means that we only fasten off once, its crocheted on the length from top to bottom.
Us terms abbreviations
Turning chains never count as a st.
Crochet terms:
Fhdc = foundation half double crochet
Ch = chains
St = stitches
Blo = back loop only
Inc = increase (2 st is made in the same st)
Tog = together (2 st is crochet together making 2 st in to 1, decrease)
Sc = single crochet
Hdc = Half double crochet
Dc = double crochet
Sizes:
XS(S)M(L)XL(XXL)
Measurements:
folded bust is approximately: 36(42)50(55)65(69) cm
Length approximately: 77 cm strap down. (I am 168 cm)
I have a video on my igtv that shows how I measure my pieces.
Gauge:
1: Fhdc 9, ch 2, 9 hdc, turn.
2: Ch 2, 9 hdc blo, turn.
Crochet row 1-2 until you have 7 rows in total.
Where u fhdc 9 is the length: 8-9 hdc blo = 5 cm.
Width: 6-7 hdc blo = 5 cm.

Yarn:
Coco -cotton and acryl blend:
350(350)450(500)500(570) g
Or another yarn that fits the gauge.
Coco: 50g = 122,5 m
Hook:
4,5 or what you need to fit the gauge.
