As all items are handmade to order, please allow 1-3 business days (this excludes weekends) for your items to be made and dispatched. From there, the order is in the hands of delivery services, which have been patchy to say the least given recent circumstances. Please note: Shipping estimates are not a guaranteed delivery date.

UK Buyers:
Orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class. This should be received within 2 business days. Delays may occur, estimated delivery is not a guarantee. This service is not tracked, however will provide notification when delivered.

International Buyers:
Orders are sent via Royal Mail International Standard. Royal Mail aim to deliver items within 7 business days. This is not a guarantee, international shipping from the UK can take 4-6 weeks depending on the destination.

Refunds/Exchanges:
For hygiene purposes, I am unable to accept returns or refunds on body jewellery that has been opened, please take this into consideration when placing your order. If you change your mind or have ordered the incorrect size, the item is eligible for return only if it is still sealed. The sealed product must be returned in its original protective hard case and posted as a large letter otherwise Royal Mail will return the item to you for insufficient postage. Return cost is the responsibility of the buyer, as is the replacement shipping cost. If the buyer opts for a refund, the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
This policy is in place, not only for my protection, but for that of my customers as well. For this reason, please read the product description carefully. When placing your order, please take the time to ensure that the material, gauge, and inside diameter of the product is correct. If after you have placed your order, you realise that you have made a mistake with your order, please get in touch as soon as possible - Please note that I can not guarantee to fix a mistake order as I may have already made and dispatched the item before you get in touch.
The buyer assumes responsibility for making sure that they are ordering the correct product and that they have checked for any potential sensitivities or allergies before purchasing. Ultimately, I want every single one of my customers to be happy with their product, so I will always do what I can to ensure your order is right for you.
Shipping addresses:
I will send your product to the address provided Therefore, please make sure that the address on your account is accurate and up-to-date. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure this information is correct before purchasing. As such, if after you have received a dispatch notification you realise that the address is incorrect, I am unable to take responsibility for this error. Once the package has been dispatched, the address cannot be changed. If a package is returned to me due to an incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for reshipping costs (if you opt for a refund, postage is non-refundable).
If the package is not received back, it unfortunately not refundable.
