Address Confirmation:

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses and cannot offer refunds in such cases.

Tracked Package: 7–10 business days. Tracking included.
Xpresspost: 4–6 business days. Tracking included.
USA:

International:

Tracked Package: Approximately 1–3 weeks. Some countries may take 4–6 weeks due to customs delays.

Immediate payment is required.
We do not hold items or accept unpaid orders.
★ Custom Orders
We no longer accept custom order requests.
They are time-consuming, and unfortunately, many buyers do not follow through after requesting them. Thank you for your understanding.
★ Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once placed, as processing begins immediately to ensure fast shipping.
Please double-check your order before submitting.
★ Returns
Please contact us immediately upon receiving your order to initiate a return.
Items must be returned in original condition, with all contents included, to receive a full refund.
Missing or damaged items will affect your refund or may void it entirely.
Return Authorization (RA) number required: Returns without an RA number will not be accepted or refunded. The RA number must be written on the front of the return package.
Unclaimed or refused packages are ineligible for refund, including those refused due to customs or duty fees.
Returns must be received within 30 days of purchase.
Shipping is non-refundable, and return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
Final sale/clearance items (discounted 40% or more) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
A 25% restocking fee applies to returns without valid reason, change-of-mind purchases, etc.
