Please check the color charts for the size and type of t-shirt you want, as not every color is available for each type of t-shirt.
If you want a color that is not in the drop-down list, please select "Other color" and note it in the order or message us with at least 2 colors in the color chart according to priority from 1 to 2.
📏 Sizing:
Sizing is Unisex, and the fit is generally true to size for most men.
(!) Please note that manufacturing industry standards allow for variations of up to an inch in length or width, resulting in a potential 1 - 1.5 inch size inaccuracy.

- Youth Gildan Sweatshirt: cold (max 30C or 90F); Non-chlorine: bleach as needed; Do not tumble dry; Do not dry clean; Do not iron.
- Gildan 18500: Machine wash: warm (max 40C or 105F); Bleach as needed; Tumble dry: medium; Iron, steam or dry: low heat; Do not dryclean.
- Gildan 5000B: Machine wash: warm (max 40C or 105F); Bleach as needed; Tumble dry: medium; Iron, steam or dry: low heat; Do not dryclean.
High-quality DTG print machines are used, requiring pre-treatment with organic water-based pre-treatment. Marks may appear around the print area but will disappear after the first wash.

We ONLY accept returns and exchanges for defective products from our end.
* If you receive a defective item, please contact us with photos for verification.
* Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when sending the item back.
* By placing an order, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted our store policies and product descriptions.
* We cannot provide refunds for reasons related to not reviewing product details or store policies.

* Processing time: Each item is made-to-order, so please allow 3-5 business days for production.
* Shipping time: It depends on your address:
- USA: 3 - 7 business days.
- Others: 15 - 20 days.
* Ensure your address is correct at checkout to avoid delays.
* During peak times or festive seasons, time may increase, please check our Shop Announcement for the latest update.
* We don't work on Sundays.
Once your package is with USPS, we have no control over shipping, and any delays are not our responsibility.

📦 Claims & Multiple Shipments:
Claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks of product receipt.
Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. 📅
