All our beds are handcrafted using high quality velvet and strong materials making them built to last! Our upholstered bed frames are manufactured by skilled professionals to provide you with the highest quality product possible.
Delivery
Delivery is Fast and Free*
• We use a national carrier for quick deliveries throughout the United Kingdom; our couriers will deliver between the hours of 7am to 9pm.
• Once you place an order and your order is ready to be dispatched.
• You can send us another message after placing your order and we will manually update your delivery date. Please note, delivery dates are subject to availability based on your location.
• Deliveries are made to the ground floor communal door of your property and couriers are not authorized to take items any further.
• Upon accepting your order, you are confirming you have received it in good condition.
• Please note free delivery is only available to “Mainland UK Only”. Following postcodes do not qualify for free delivery:
(AB, DD, DG, EH, FK, G, KA, TD, TR, SA, PA, PH, IV, KW, KY)

• We do not accept returns on any of our Items as our beds are manufactured to order, unless the item/s is damaged or has manufacturing defects.
**** You are responsible for your own postage costs when returning items (if applicable) back to us****
• Please check your item/s upon delivery for any damages which may have been caused during transit. If in the instance you do find any damage, please do not sign for the parcel and return to the courier.
• In the rare case of damage or manufacturing defects, please report to us within 24 hours stating your reasons for the return. We will then organise a collection date with you.
