Oilcloth is a Vinyl over mesh cotton fabric, that has very little to no stretch. It is considered Waterproof, but since this is a sewn product, there is a chance that seams will allow a minuscule amount of moisture in. If your cover becomes wet, wipe with a dry cloth or air dry.
