This lovely antique coverlet bedspread is perfectly feminine. It would be gorgeous on antique bed! The fabric is semi-sheer, the main area has aged to an off-white and the drop is pink with lace at the edge. There are pretty hand embroidered flowers and black accent stitching. There is a pink border along the two sides that drops down the sides of the bed, there is lace around the entire coverlet. Twin size, see condition and measurements below.
• Condition: This is a used antique and therefore not perfect but lovely just the same.
Some of the embroidered flowers are coming unstitched as is some of the black stitching, There are a few smallish dark spots here and there. The fabric has aged to a deep off-white beige or ecru, similar to the color of unbleached muslin.
• Age: circa 1920s 1930s
• Size: Twin Size, the spread measures approximately 94" long by 70" wide.
