1. If there is no response received within 48 hours, the proof will be assumed as approved
2. You are allowed 2 free alterations per stole (each additional alteration will be an additional $5).
- Once the design proof is approved, no more alterations can be made so please spell-check everything.
- Rush orders are available for an additional $50 rush fee (please message me for confirmation prior to purchase)
- Once items all are shipped, the liability of your package is transitioned to the delivery companies (USPS, UPS, FedEx etc).
