Return and Exchange Policy:
Bouquets are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
98% of our orders are delivered in perfect condition. In the event that a bouquet is damaged during delivery, please contact us immediately.
Please be sure to keep the package with the bouquet exactly as it was delivered to you, including the white shipping box. This is necessary for you to be able to return the bouquet. A free label will be sent to you for the return.
To confirm damages, please send us photos of the shipping box from 5 sides, a photo of the gift box with the bouquet inside the shipping box, and a photo of the gift box with the bouquet inside from 4 sides. Also, please do not cut the ribbons that attach the bouquet to the bottom of the box to prevent damage during return shipping.
If the bouquet has significant damage, we will replace it with a new one. If only a few flowers are damaged, we will send you the same number of flowers that were damaged so you can replace them.
If you decide to receive a refund without a replacement bouquet, we will issue a full refund after you send the bouquet back to us. A free label will be sent to you for this purpose. To receive a full refund, please be sure to follow the return instructions.
