I will try to keep this as simple as possible!
1. The "Primary Color" will be the base color of the case.
For example - if you select your primary color to be purple then MOST of your charms will be purple
2. In the personalization section please tell me what all you'd like on the case. If I don't have what you request then I will contact you.
3. Please make sure you select the appropriate AirPod case. PLEASE look inside your case for the model number.
All cases are FREE STYLE, the only thing I ask for you to do is fill out the personalization section
