All pans are individually wrapped in silver paper which and have a magnet glued to their base to attached them to metallic boxes, if needed, without moving around.
In the manufacturing of these handmade watercolors, I use my own binder consisting of distilled water, gum arabic, glycerine and some drops of clove oil as fungicide. Each pan is poured, then dried, and the process repeated two or three times until full and ready to go to packaging. The process takes about two to three weeks for each pan.
Please remember that handmade watercolors may contain air bubbles or air pockets inside. This does NOT affect the quality of the paint. To compensate this possibility, we overfill and pillow top our watercolors.
