1. If you are providing a logo for your sign, please supply a high-resolution image or vector file of your logo. Additional charges will apply for converting low-resolution images or incorporating extra details into your design.
2. Some parts of the design may be UV printed. Keep in mind, that small parts need to be at least 2cm thick to withstand laser cutting without breaking or falling off due to insufficient adhesion. We always use the best method for top-quality results. If you're unsure if your design is laser-cuttable, just message us before ordering. We're happy to help!
3. This listing is for a text-based design from our standard colour charts. The purchase price includes the initial design setup and one revision if needed. The sign itself, standard production, and delivery are also covered. Standard production typically takes 2-3 weeks, but may take longer during peak periods. Additional fees will apply for any extras requested outside of this scope, and by purchasing, you agree to these terms. Extras include services like redesigning your logo if a vector file cannot be provided, changing the design if the original brief is altered, adding fixings, bespoke colour requests, and expedited delivery.

Our signs are crafted from premium, precision laser-cut 3mm acrylic for lasting quality. Smaller sizes can be easily wall-mounted using the appropriate 3M command strips. Alternatively, opt for pre-drilled fixing holes for screw or offset wall mount installation. We recommend this for larger signs (40cm+) due to weight considerations. Please note that fixings or wall mounts are not included; this listing is for the sign only.
