HOW TO ORDER:
1. Select your quantity
2. In the notes section, please include any personalized information you would like on your shot glass. This includes name, date, location, etc.
3. Submit order
We will begin production within 24 hours of your order. If you would like proof, please add it to the notes at checkout. Proof must be approved or edited within 2 days of order. Otherwise, your order will be forwarded to production.

PROOFS:
Please indicate in the notes if you would like a proof of your shot glass. We will send this to you within 2 business days. Once you confirm you are fully satisfied with the final proof, we will immediately begin the production of your shot glasses.
CUSTOM OPTIONS:
All graphic designs and printing are done in house, therefore we are able to customize to meet your needs!
Please feel free to let us know if you’d like to modify designs, or submit your own.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
All shot glasses are made to order, and specifically designed for your needs. Given these are personalized, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges, however, please do send us a message if you are not satisfied with your order. Note that any request on returns/exchanges should be done within 3 days upon delivery. After which, since these are fragile and costly, no request will be honored. Our goal is to ensure our products add extra pizzazz to your event, and we will do our best to make this happen!
RUSH ORDERS:
Our products take approximately 1-2 weeks to create, and an additional 4-5 days to ship. If you would like your items sooner, we have rush order options. There is a cost for rush order, which varies depending on how soon you need your shot glasses. Please send us a message letting us know when you need your item, and we will do our best to work with your time frame.

***The INK on the Shot Glasses may come off with abrasive soap, or rough handwashing. This is NORMAL, therefore, please gently handwash only. We are unable to offer refunds for ink wearing off, as this is normal on shot glasses.*** or use in dishwasher
DAMAGED PRODUCTS?
- Although rare, shot glasses may get damaged during transit. If this happens, please contact me within 1 day of delivery, with pictures of your product. I will work with you on either refunding or replacing your products. This will vary on a case by case basis.
- Ink bubbles and spots are normal, and not considered "damage". If you are not satisfied with your product, please message me.

Defect Policy for Custom Products:
We take pride in delivering high-quality custom products to our customers. However, in the unlikely event of a defect, we require our customers to report the issue within 3 days of receiving the product. Please provide photos of the defect to support your claim.
Note: Refunds for defects reported after 3 days of delivery will not be eligible. Our goal is to ensure that all of our customers are satisfied with their purchase, and we will work with you to resolve any issues promptly.
CUSTOMS/TARIFFS
1. Those orders with a Texas billing address will be charged with tax.
2. Tariffs may be imposed on international orders.
3. Tariff verification takes place upon the arrival of the order.
4. LolasPrints is NOT responsible for paying tariffs nor taxes of any order--it is the customer's accountability.
5. If an order is refused by the customer due to taxes/tariffs, NO refunds will be honored.
