- Any cancellations on non-personalised orders must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, non personalised orders will not be accepted for cancellations. As a small online business, I produce luxe items which are all made to order to reduce unnecessary waste + be a more sustainable business + in turn, kinder to our planet. This helps to keep my contribution to landfill lower by not over producing items like mass producing business models. My items have set turn around times to enable me to produce high quality items with high quality finishes.
