In some instances, our vector files may have connecting shapes behind other images to act as a guide for placement. Please note that these shapes are there intentionally and should not interfere with your overall workflow.
If a file is advertised as a cake topper compatible image, text will be welded together by default. This is to ensure when cutting that section on your machine, it comes out as one piece. All fonts will be outlined or welded.

1. After you have purchase the item, Etsy will send you an email confirmation that payment was successful. Once you have received that email, your digital files will become available on your Etsy account.
2. From a computer, click on your profile photo at the top right of Etsy’s navigation bar, followed by “Purchases and Reviews” from the dropdown menu.
3. Next to your recent purchase, click the button that says “Download Files” and again, click the “Download” button at the bottom of the next page. A zip file should begin downloading immediately.
4. Locate the zip file on your computer and double click (or “Extract All”) to expand it.
