For both men & women, one size fits all (adults). Prewashed and pre-shrunk, it's a perfect fit! (Free resizing to accommodate achild is available upon request at checkout) You won't find this hat anywhere else, it's been handmade and is sure to get EVERYONE'S attention no matter where you go!

All orders are shipped first class, with tracking and insurance included. No exceptions. Refunds are based on manufacturer's defect and reviewed on a case-by case basis. No refunds allowed if we are not notified of defect within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

All of our hats are made by hand and not mass produced by machines. As such, they are subject to have slight variances from one another as is the nature of hand made items. Even multiple hats made at the same time from the same print can and will have variances that can include pattern, color, and visible presentation.
Our shop considers hats as a holiday item, We also consider these hats to be defined as 'Santa hats'. This is to say, the tip with the pompom will lay over to the side. Any hat that points straight up and is held to such position ,is considered by this shop to be an 'elf hat'. We do not offer elf hats at this time.
We do not offer embroidery of hats, however, our hats have been embroidered by customers, at their own cost, after receiving them and with great success.
All of our hats we offer are lined with 100% cotton in the hat and behind the brim. They all have 100% polyester faux fur flocking for the brim and the pompom. All of our pompoms are hand made by using a 5 inch x 5 inch square of the faux fur flocking that the brim is made of for a more uniform finished hat. The pompoms are then sewn and stuffed by hand and as such may have slight variances from each other as is the nature of hand made items.
The fabric for the hats themselves are licensed fabric of 100% cotton, or 100% cotton flannel, or 100% polyester micro fleece. Please read the description of the hat for the outer fabric material content. We use quality cotton of Quilter or Kona grade of fabric as it has a higher thread count and better quality. If officially licensed material is not available in this high quality of fabric, we prefer not to use it. We feel you should have the best product for your money and would rather not make it at all if it is questionable.
Our hats are made from sewing 2 pieces together to make 1 hat. This means our hats will have 2 seams. We do this to provide more hats from a single cut of fabric and thus keeping the price of the hats to a more affordable rate. We do not have single seam hats and this shop considers that to be a custom order. Please contact us before purchasing if you request a single seam hat to make sure the fabric is still available.
We have had requests of hats size 18-30 inch inner brim diameters. We understand that like clothes and shoes, not everyone wears the same size. Some people even make these gifts and find they are not exact sizes once they are put on. We offer hat sizes in universal 24-26 inch diameter inner brim sizes and will modify the hat to your requested size free upon the placing of your order. If you wish a specific size, please inform us at time of purchase . Upon arrival of the hat, if you need the size modified, we offer a 1 time resizing free of charge and will pay the shipping to send the hat back to you at that time. You just have to send it to us. Any resizing and return shipping after the 1st resize will be the responsibility of the customer and must be paid in full before the hat is received.
