Headbands, Teaspoons, Drinking ware, etc.) are not able to be returned. NO
EXCEPTIONS. Unused items excluding those mentioned not returnable may be
returned.
Returns: Contact within 3 days of delivery.
Conditions of Returns
For no longer wanted items (Excluding Hair Accessories, Drink and Food products):
Customer is responsible for initial and return shipping costs (including insurance
where applicable) as well as fees charged to Seller for unwanted item(s). If item(s)
is not returned in its original condition, the Customer is also responsible for any
loss in value.
Conditions of Returns
For defective/wrong items (Excluding Hair Accessories, Drink and Food Products):
Initial shipping costs (Seller ships to Customer) as well as costs of item(s), will be
refunded if and only if the following: (1) the wrong item was sent, (2) the item(s)
did not arrive broken* but is defective; does not work in the capacity it should.
Broken Items due to carrier
If item arrives broken due to carrier’s handling, the Seller is NOT responsible for
refunding any shipping costs.
Note: Seller ensures items will be handled and packaged appropriately.
If Customer opts to return wrong or defective item(s) without receiving a
replacement, Seller will provide a Return Label to Customer at no additional costs;
initial shipping costs will be refunded where applicable. If Customer opts to
receive a replacement for wrong or defective items, the Seller will provide a
Return Label at no additional costs as well as cover shipping costs to send the new
item(s) to the customer. Pictures/video must be provided in order to support
case. Please take pictures of item(s), the box(es) and packaging materials upon
receiving. ** A claim will be submitted* to the insurance company if your item does not arrive or arrives broken due to shipping carrier.
**PLEASE NOTE: Pictures must be submitted before a replacement may be sent
or refund issued.

Returns:
In the case of an approved return of any item(s) due to Customer’s request but
not due to defect or wrong item sent, Customer is responsible for shipping cost of
item(s) back to Seller; initial shipping costs will NOT be refunded. Please see time
frame for returns.
All returns must be approved and valid within a 3-day time frame. Once
approved, returned items must be mailed within 7 days of delivery.
Cancelations/Order Updates:
All cancelation requests and order updates must occur within 24 hours of
purchase. Orders will NOT be canceled after the 24-hour period. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Order updates will NOT be accepted if order has already been processed. NO
EXCEPTIONS.

In no event will a sale's discount be applied to an order made prior to the
start of the sale. All sale end dates are final and discounts cannot be
