The process is simple; take the body and turn the screw of one of the two caps a little. Insert on of the rubber pieces inside the tube through the open end.
The extract to be pressed is deposited on top of it, making sure there is enough to make a piece - but not too much - and allowing proper closing of the other screw cap.
Introduce now the other piece of rubber and screw cap, and press both caps turning the screw as much as possible. Then take both caps off and press the rubber on one side until both pieces of rubber, with our solid piece in the middle, come out.
