Please be aware that we do not recommend our slates to be placed under direct sunlight. Although the plaques are weatherproof sealed, placing the item under direct sunlight can fade the colors of the image within time. You can place it outdoors as long as it's under a shade or away of direct UV rays.

Your items will be wrapped securely for shipping.
Once your order has shipped, an email will be sent to you containing a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the USPS website to update.
--RETURN POLICY--
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us, and we would be happy to help. However, if a mistake is made in your personalization, we will be happy to replace it at no cost as long as the mistake was made by us. If the mistake was made by the costumer, we can offer a fixed replacement, we will only charge you a partial amount of the total cost to cover shipping and handling. Due to the custom nature of your item, cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchasing.
If an item comes damaged or cracked, we will replace it at no cost to you upon a photo of the damage within 24 hours of delivery.
