Turn Arround Time:
Most items are custom made to order. Our turn around time is about 3-4 weeks, then it takes about 5~7days to be delivered to you by DHL/FEDEX/UPS. This can change during peak seasons. We may have ready-to-ship pieces, please check the item information or consult us.

Shipping & Postage:
All items are checked and packed carefully in strong tubes or boxes in our workshop, please make sure the package and items are intact when you sign it or receive it, if damaged please help to take the pictures of packages and items, and contact us to resolve it in time.
