What’s Included:
A total of 4 files are included with commercial usage (please read below for more details): SVG, PNG, JPG, EPS
Note: All the files that you receive are packaged inside a .zip file for easy download. If you're unsure how to open the zip file please see the FAQ's section on the shop page.
HOW TO DOWNLOAD YOUR FILES:
After completing the purchase, there are two ways to download your files:
Method One: Etsy will send you an automated email with the download link right after the purchase.
Method Two: Log in to Etsy, at the top right corner click on "Your account", click "Purchases and reviews", you will see all your purchases with a Download button.
Note: You CANNOT use the Etsy app to download digital files. If you don’t see your download yet, that means it’s still processing, try refreshing in a few minutes. Also, I do not email files as all files are available for download within your Etsy account after purchase.
The Boring but Necessary Legal Mumbo Jumbo:
Acceptable/ Unacceptable rights of the digital files that you will receive:
• The term "end product" is a physical product such as t-shirts, mugs, stickers etc. which are produced and created by you.
• You CAN use these files and create UNLIMITED end products for personal use.
• You CAN use these files and create LIMITED end products for commercial use. LIMITED use is restricted to 50 copies per design purchased. Also, the digital designs purchased can be used by no more than 2 employees/team members.
• You CAN use production partners such as Print Aura, Printful etc. This is only for production purposes and not licensing.
• You CAN change the color.
• You CANNOT resell any of the digital media that you receive.
• You CANNOT post or share the files on any 3rd party website UNLESS it's through a production partner like the ones stated above.
• You CANNOT distribute the files in a way that would result in someone else using them even for personal unless they're one of the 2 employees/team members as stated above.
• You CANNOT modify/alter the design for the purpose of reselling it.
• You CANNOT remove a portion of the design to use for re-sale.
• You CANNOT create stencils as an end product for commercial use or anything similar to this effect. You CAN however, create a stencil which is used by only you or one of the 2 employees/team members as stated above.
• You CANNOT convert the files to embroidery and sell them. You CAN however, convert them and use them for your own personal use or sell items that you've made with the files (the LIMITED use rule as stated above still applies).
• You CANNOT add these files to a POD marketplace.
• POD (Print on demand) marketplace refers to websites such as but not limited to: Merch by Amazon, Redbubble, Teepublic, Zazzle and Cafepress etc. The files CANNOT be added to sites like this as this would mean that you're claiming copyright/ownership of the design(s).
IMPORTANT NOTES:
*This is a digital item, no physical item(s) will be delivered to you.
*Due to the nature of the product, there are no refunds.
*Knowledge of process/equipment is required as I do not assist with the production process.
*All the files that you receive are packaged inside a .zip file. Please kindly make sure you’re familiar with unzipping files on your computer/device.
* Please keep in mind that colors can differ from computer to computer and printer to printer. Due to these circumstances, there will be no refunds given for minor color variations as not all inks, printers and devices are created equal.
