Why wait till the holidays to enjoy a delicious Pastel en Hoja Dominicano when you can have one any time of the year!! These tasty pastels are made fresh to order with traditional Dominican seasoning. The following meat fillings are available:
- Beef (Res)
- Chicken (Pollo)
- Pork (Pernil)
Each pastel is made with yucca-based dough and filled with your choice of meat along with olives, raisins, and red peppers.
Each order will contain a dozen Pastels en Hoja uncooked with your choice of filling which is precooked but shipped frozen. Each order will be shipped in about 3-5 business days from when the order is received. Each pastel is made to weigh approximately 7.5 ounces as each is handmade and may vary slightly.
Once ready to cook the pastels, boil water and once at a boil place the Pastels en Hoja for about 20 to 25 minutes, removed from water and remove the leaf wrapping. After simply enjoy these tasty Dominican holiday dish any time of the year!!

To obtain the freshest level of my products, I will send out orders from Monday through Wednesday after the purchase to avoid weekend delays.
There may be circumstances that USPS experience delays or may cause damage to the product. In these rare cases, it will be advised that if the item damaged, it be photographed, and submitted to USPS for a claim.
