After making your $350 deposit, the total for your custom invitations will be determined once we discuss what you are looking for. There will be a middle payment as we are designing and proofing your suite, then a final payment before your invitations are printed. The entire process usually takes 4-8 months depending on what you are ordering. 2. Fill out our wedding questionnaire to receive a formal proposal: https://www.watercolordesignstudio.com/questionnaire 3. I will then send you an easy 3 step setup, consisting of the proposal, contract, and invoice. I require a deposit on your custom invitations before any work is done. As a client, you are given your very own client portal, where you can privately access all of our emails, forms, and design proofs. 3. Once that's done, we are on to the fun part! Designing and discussing your wish list and details: names, dates, wording, venue, etc. 4. You will then receive a digital proof for your review of all items that include your customizations. 4. We will then go over any revisions, I'll be happy to revise your suite until you are 100% in love with your invitation. Sending us your exact text via email is especially helpful, as this will make the process go much smoother. We also have sample text to guide you in your decision if needed. Our clients need to proofread every piece, line by line BEFORE signing off on the digital PDF proof and approval form. 5. Once you email us back your signed proof of approval, no further changes can be made. We are then ready to print! Production usually takes approximately 4 weeks from the approval date. 6.
