- Please remove the background before sending us the image. If you need us to remove the background please add background removal to the cart after adding your DTF Print purchase and note that in the personalization box.
--What is your shipping time? When can I expect my order?
The ready images will be printed and shipped next day! The expected delivery is based on your shipping selection at checkout.
--How should I prepare and send you the artwork? Do you remove background?
Artwork must be ready to print and in PNG/SVG format at least 300 dpi (high quality) with a transparent background. If you want us to remove the background for the artwork, you may purchase the service offered for this from my store.
--What is a Gang Sheet?
A gang sheet is multiple images printed on the same transfer sheet. You can have multiples of the same image or separate images. You can choose to have them all the same size or multiple sizes. The number of images you put on the sheet does not alter the price. The more images you put on the gang sheet, the less you pay per image. We recommend you leave yourself at least .25" between each image in order to cut them apart using scissors.
--My images are ready, but I don't know how to create a Gang Sheet. What can I do?
Just contacting me is enough. I will create the Gang Sheet for you.For that, you'll first need to send me the images. You should specify how many copies of each image you need and in which sizes. Based on that, I will let you know how many inches you need to purchase.
-What will happen if there is any issue with the artworks/images I provide?
Unlike other ETSY stores, we don't directly print the images you provide. We are constantly in communication with our customers to ensure their satisfaction. If we notice any issues with the images/artworks (such as a white background or insufficient image quality), we will reach out to you and inform you that the provided artworks/images are not suitable for printing."
